A local dish of Saga City: rice topped with stir-fried sweet and savory meat and raw vegetables such as lettuce, tomato and cucumber, drizzled with mayonnaise. The combination of warm rice and meat with cool vegetables is fun, and it is nutritious too. It is said to have been born at a cafe in Saga City, and the origin of the name is unclear.
